    Please note:
    • Strictly no pets permitted
    • Wi-Fi available
    • Wood is supplied only from 1 June to 30 September. Outside of these months, wood can be purchased locally from Robe Hardware (Mitre 10) or Robe Auto & Marine at the guest’s expense

    Ideally located in a quiet cul-de-sac near the local mountain bike track, this home offers both relaxation and adventure right at your doorstep. Designed with families in mind, it provides space, comfort, and privacy in a peaceful Robe setting.

    The home features four well-appointed bedrooms, all with built-in robes, and two bathrooms. One bathroom is newly installed and located in the external shed, with access from outside only — perfect for rinsing off sandy feet after a day at the beach.

    Step outside and enjoy the fully enclosed backyard, where children can safely play while adults relax in the undercover entertaining area. With both grassed and paved spaces, the yard is ideal for backyard cricket, games, or simply unwinding in the fresh coastal air.

    In the evenings, enjoy a short 650m stroll to the local Ski Lake and take in the tranquillity and natural beauty of the area. On cooler nights, settle in front of the wood fire and enjoy a movie in comfort.

    Important Information:
    • No booking will be accepted without a completed guest list and required details
    • Credit card details are required for bond security

    Linen Information:
    Bathroom and bedroom linen is supplied for all stays; however, only the required amount is provided based on guest numbers supplied at booking. If you would like beds professionally made prior to arrival, please request bed-making at the time of booking ($15.00 per bed). Guests are responsible for advising the office of any special bedding configurations required. If no requests are made, bedding arrangements will be assumed based on guest numbers provided. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.

Overall great place

Overall we had a great stay and plenty of room for 2 families to share the house for the week. Location was great, easy drive or walk into the main street and easy and quick access to 4WD paths. However the house was not as clean as we would expect on arrival and everyday supplies such as dish cloths were limited considering families come to stay.

Quiet, comfortable and functional

The house is located in a cul-de-sac, and consequently there is no problem with noise or any disturbance.. The house is very well maintained and all furnishings and fittings are of a very high standard. We were five adults and a thirteen year old and we all found the house comfortable and very functional. The location is reasonable in that it is a five minute walk to the supermarket and a fifteen minute stroll down along the main street to the Robe Marina. Hence, we were able to enjoy most of the many things that Robe has to offer without using our cars.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love robe been coming for 34 years but found this property was way below standard we spent 2hrs mopping the floors vacuum and cleaning the mould off the windows and tracks the freezer stunk off fish bait and was unusable we had to have this place clean as we have a anaphylactic and autoimmune grandson and we needed access to a freezer for his special dietary food we thank ottoson real estate for there help in getting us a portable freezer they were very professional in helping us out

No fans in house so bedrooms get hot as A/C struggled to cool entire house. No grass left just weeds and sand.No freezer in kitchen and deep freeze in garage was dirty and stunk of fish.House functioned for 8 people for a week however needs some tlc.

Pest control

Prompt and efficient communication by the property manager. We found the property clean & tidy, however needs pest control. Found critters inside and a massive centipede in the toilet(lucky the kids were not using it). Barring the unwelcome crawly residents had a good time relaxing.

Holiday house big enough for family and friends

Nice house to stay with family and friends, big enough to accomodate both kids and grownups. Could be perfect if maintenance was done better. Some facilities, like some of the fly screens and the shower head in the internal bathroom require immediate repair.

Actually the place was much nicer then the photos suggested! Super clean. Nice and big rooms. 2 bathrooms. Great place for a family holiday. :) We enjoyed it! Thanks :)
