"On arrival, the elevator did not work, and it did not work for most of our stay. We also did not have maid service. If you needed anything, you had to wait in a line in the lobby to ask for it. They provide shuttle service; however, if the shuttle is full, they will not come back to pick you up until the next allotted hour because they only have one van. So, plan for an uber type service. The restaurants on site are great as well as all staff. In regard to the pool area there are not enough...

"Was an act of god to get fresh towels and general housekeeping. When they did get around to housekeeping, it always seemed like an inconvenience. Key card wristbands generally stopped working each time we left the room. Became usual practice to go to front desk to get wristbands reactivated. Waiters/waitresses were rude. Every interaction always seemed like we were bothering them. Became uncomfortable to ask for anything to the point where we just went to Publix to get groceries/snacks...

"The property and staff were extremely nice. Food was ok. My biggest complaint was pricing. A "resort fee" of $52 per day was charged, above and beyond the advertised room price. The resort fee is not optional. It must be paid. Be honest and include this fee in the advertised per-night price. Don't play games with your customers!"

"The pool was just like the pictures. They had decorated well for the closest holiday. The staff was very fun! No outside food or drinks at the pool were allowed, which was a little disappointing because my group was planning on purchasing outside drinks from a grocery store to save money. The shuttle from the hotel was very helpful. The hotel was very close to the airport, which was convenient. The condition of the room was great!"
