Beautifully landscaped w/various palms & flowers. Main floor w/King bedroom & Queen Bedroom, 2 full baths, kitchen, living room, dining area. Ground floor w/private entrance, kitchen/dining/living area, 2 Queen bedrooms & full bath. Covered porch area. Kayaks. Pool Area w/stunning ocean views, large pavilion w/outdoor kitchen, grill, sink & a bathroom. It's the perfect beautiful, quiet, tropical get away for families or couples.
For your stay $150 per week will be provided towards the use of the electricity. This more than covers use of all Home fans, pool, lights, appliances, etc. Electricity usage will be recorded at arrival and at check out by our caretaker/property manager and they can answer any questions during your stay about this policy. You can pay in cash for electric usage over at the end of your day or via credit card to your host, April or the caretaker. Additionally, there is a $135 weekly cleaning fee. If you’d like additional cleaning during your stay, that can be arranged as well.
