The condo is designed for privacy between the rooms and allows natural light to flood in from different angles. Spend the day on the beach and then cook local seafood on the shared gas grill. Use some of the complimentary beach chairs and enjoy the views close up.

Condo #5 is exclusively for your use. Enjoy direct beach access just steps away! Beach chairs are for exclusive use of Coral Sands guests, however, the beach is a public space open to all 🏝️

You can purchase a day pass at Paradise Beach Resort next door! It’s a fantastic option, as the pass includes credit for food and drinks at their beachfront restaurant, Cayuco, plus access to the pool and beach chairs.

*Please note that this is a highly popular condo and your check in time might vary according to availability.

* Additional charge of $100+ for check-in or check-out before or after the established time (4:00 PM and 11:00 AM respectively). Confirm your check-in or check-out time one day before your arrival or departure.

* Electricity is private on the island making everything more expensive & water is also valuable. Please be mindful of the electricity and water usage. Turn off the AC when you leave the property or if you have the doors open.
NOTE: If the AC remains ON permanently during your stay, additional charges may apply, ask us for more details.
We provide an electricity allowance ($5 per AC unit per night) during your stay.
