    This house offers three bedrooms with enough sleeping space for up to 8 people. Spread out between two floors, there is ample room for everyone to make themselves at home at West Bay Breeze.

    The first-floor master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and opens right onto the patio. This is the perfect room for those who want to enjoy the view with an early morning swim. On the second floor, you'll find the second and third bedrooms each featuring their own private balcony. The rooftop patio is perfect for late night stargazing.

Great place to stay. Clean and cozy. Pool was a great amenity, American TV stations, kitchen was well stocked. We would stay again!

PERFECT LOCATION

LOVED THE LOCATION OF THE HOUSE. THE BEACH WAS EASILY ACCESIBLE BY CROSSING THE ROAD AND WALKING THROUGH THE KIMPTON HOTEL. MANAGEMENT WAS EASY TO REACH AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL. I WOULD DEFINETELY STAY HERE AGAIN.

Excellent Stay

We were very happy with this house. It had beautiful and well appointed kitchen (but no spices so bring or buy your own); very comfortable beds and couches; great bathrooms and the pool while small was refreshing and very appreciated. We have sun and shade and a beautiful view. Roatan Vacation Rentals were amazing. Very responsive and helpful. We loved our stay so much we are going again next year.

Roatan Rental

Overall the property was described accurately. However, the walk to beach is a bit of a hike. The property has a great view to the ocean. To go to the beach you have to walk 15 mins go on the main road and down the steep hill pass 2 or 3 hotels and walk an alley. You go back the same way however, this time you hike up the steep hill. It is a safe area overall. There are currently other homes being built in this area. Communication with the property manager is great- 10 out of 10, they respond as soon as they can and help you the same day if possible. The primary bedroom A/C unit does need to be looked into. Not sure if they have had issues with leaks because of the split unit- a smell was coming from that area. Other than that and the hike the stay was great. Thanks.
