Coconut Grove is a beautifully appointed 3 bedroom, 2 bath beachfront villa with attached beach-side private pool. The attention to detail and open design provides guests the 'vacation' ambiance you need to fully relax and enjoy the nature and reefs at your door steps. A perfect vacation setting, backing a nature preserve with a panoramic ocean view. The best part of this private gated community is that there are no vendors or cruiseship guests encroaching on your vacation relaxation.
The private pool is perfect for relaxing and soaking up the Caribbean sunshine, while the oversized deck offers shade and cool breeze without compromising your view.
Ideally located beside the main activity building which houses the bar, restaurant, dive shop and tour desk. Kids are free to run the beach and have fun and still be in eye's shot from this villa. Foodies will enjoy the large kitchen, with every appliance you use home, making cooking for your family a breeze! On those casual nights you don't feel like cooking, the beach side restaurant and bar is only steps away. 
The kitchen, dinning, and family room are an open layout that give plenty of room for your family and friends to gather. All of the bedrooms have air conditioning, the living room has a large flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom, with a walk in shower, the second bath is shared by second and third bedrooms. All linens and bath towels are included, along with drinking water, all soaps, and paper products. The property managers can be located at the main activity building, and just a call away after business hours.

Paradise found

We came in January to escape the winter blues. Everything about our stay was perfect. The cottage does not disappoint! Steps from the beach, your own private pool, a stones throw from the restaurant and dive shop. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed and bathrooms were large, clean with plenty of hot water and a larger capacity washer/dryer. Amanda and the dive shop were incredibly helpful and made for the perfect dive experience. All in all an A for Palmetto Bay.

Fun Beach House!

The house was nice, and the location was great. The only real issue I had was that the website says A/C and so I assumed the whole house was air conditioned. Only the bedrooms had A/C which was fine for sleeping, but during the evenings when we wanted to cook and sit to have dinner or spend family time together, we were incredibly hot and uncomfortable so everyone went to their rooms and we didn't have the quality time together that we had hoped for. The website should say air conditioned bedrooms only!

Island Paradise

This house is wonderful. Has everything you need beautiful location nice environment nice people nice pool oceanfront, palm trees wow. The location of this property is perfect not far from the airport not far from the grocery store easy drive to things. Any rental car would be fine to get there. The house is very close to the restaurant in Bar. We enjoyed the ultimate platter that has everything they cook on one giant dish. It was $95. It could feed 5 to 6 people. It has a great dive and snorkel shop right on property boats pretty much right in front of the house perfect snorkeling perfect scuba diving prices were very reasonable. We met some local people that live there and they recommended a restaurant at crawfish rock. The restaurant is family owned. The owner goes out and catches lobster and fresh fish every day. They have a very small menu just things that they catch or grow wonderful. The restaurant is directly on the beach in the sand. It’s awesome. It is very authentic and not touristy at all. The flavors were out of this world. It is Ran by the Minzeth family. You can call Hendrick Minzeth or Henry they will pick you up by car or boat for free. 504 9463 1609. Crawfish rock is just down the beach from Palmetto Bay. Like with any tropical paradise, bring yourself some bug spray and you’ll be fine. The only place we will ever stay will be Palmetto Bay.

Excellent beach house

Spent 2 weeks here as a party of 6 adults. Loved the location right on the beach, big covered deck and patio with plunge pool to cool off with plenty of furniture both in and out to relax in. Staff at the reception were always friendly and responsive. Highly recommended.

Lovely Beach House

Coconut Grove is a great beach house. Roomy, comfortable, great location, great views, really made our trip wonderful. We liked that Palmetto Bay was super low key compared to West End and West Bay.

Supreme Relaxation

The house was great and the location right on the beach is fantastic! Great breezes across the front of the house and the pool is refreshing. We stayed a week and loved it! Total relaxation! The A/C in the master bedroom is really good if you need it as well. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels, etc. The master shower had a mind of its own on the hot water, so be careful! :) We ate a lot of meals at the on-site restaurant next door, The Cove. Great food and an even better staff. Fabritzio, Grant and Richard were always attentive and friendly. It costs a little more than some places in town, but it's convenient and helping them come out of COVID was worth it. They earned our business so it was no problem paying a little more. The on-site dive shop, Sea Divers, is second to none. We took daily morning dve trips for 5 days and had a GREAT time with them. BTW, diving in Roatan is fantastic! Lastly, but certainly not least, Stephanie the property manager was really helpful in communicating before and during the trip. Maritza showed us the house on arrival, took care of getting some laundry done for us and arranging our COVID test for return to the US. They came right to the house. We'd stay here again in a second. The only drawback is the distance from West End and West Bay if you're wanting to visit those areas.
