OCEANFRONT GROUND FLOOR LUXURY - Absolutely stunning villa is the BEST at the BEST, right on the sand and sleeps 12 (8+4 kids) or 10 (adults) with 3 bathrooms, huge terraces, high end indoor and outdoor furniture and day beds, in the center of West Bay Beach (rated one of the best in the Caribbean). Resort fees with daily housekeeping, and Roatan sales and hospitality taxes are ALL INCLUDED at booking. Unlike many other listings, there is nothing extra for you to pay at the 24hr front desk when you check-in.

Enjoy your private terrace with daybed and outdoor dining, and step right out onto the center of West Bay Beach with its soft white sand ranked one of the best in the Caribbean. Be pampered with the full service spa, daily housekeeping, bar tenders, english speaking front desk security, bell service, 24hr maintenance, 300' infinity pool with swim-up sports bar, new pool (#2) with jet tubs, , lounge chairs, gym, purified tap water, dive shop, resort water taxi boat and more!

Sample the 3 restaurants on property, try the daily breakfast or international buffets, walk over to other restaurants along the beach, select an optional all-inclusive food & drink option, or make snacks, tropical drinks, fresh seafood and more in your full kitchen.

Can also be booked as a 2 Bedroom/2 Bath that sleeps 8 (Search VRBO 1162410) or 1 Bedroom/1 Bath Suite that sleeps 4 (Search VRBO 1165492).
Why book a private house or condo only to regret after you arrive that you don't have a perfect sandy groomed daily beach to enjoy? We frequently get notes from travelers that thought their beach would be nice - or bug free! - booked somewhere else, and then found themselves trying to get to our beach and the TWO massive infinity edge pools each day.

Some of the best snorkeling and diving in the world is here. Certified divers can jump in one of the dive shop boats, and beginners can sign-up for a class in the clear calm waters. With 50+ dive sites just minutes away, you will spend more time in the water instead of a long boat trip.

A rental car is not necessary. The Infinity Bay water taxi runs to West End (10 minutes) for shopping, restaurants, several small grocery stores, sightseeing and activities - and will return to pick you up whenever you would like. There are also other water taxis available on the beach ($5/person and free for children) and will take you many places. Many tour operators (zip lines, sloth sanctuary, etc.) also pickup right at the front lobby of the resort.

We use a local driver/guide who can meet you inside the airport, load your bags, stop at the grocery/liquor store for you to stock up, and unload everything right into your fridge for $70+tip total. Let us know if you would like this option which we highly recommend.

Where do I even begin… This place was amazing! I rented both units, it fit all 12 of us comfortably. The views are amazing, as soon as you open the door you have the beach, the restaurant, the bar, the pool and all the fun right in front of you!Mr. Vandegrift is an excellent host, wow! He communicated so quickly every time I had a question, He explained everything in detail to make sure our check-in and stay went smoothly and it did. I’ve stayed at other resorts in ROA but the attention and atmosphere at Infinity Bay was next to non! OMG I am so happy I booked with him. I am already planning to come next year for Spring Break. Book it! You wont regret it. Thank you Mr. Van, We will be back!

Beautiful location, step out of room into water. Host was outstanding - fast to respond with any questions. We could not have had a better place with 10 people - the connecting door between both units made us all feel like we were in the same house. Could not recommend a better place. Loved out time there!

Beautiful property, and the unit itself is in THE prime location. Though the property has a kitchen, it looks seldom used and not very well equipped - pots and pans and utensils wise. The resort has an all inclusive option, and with the bar and restaurant about 15 steps from your front door, no one cared. Watching the sunset from your private veranda less than 40 feet from the water was great every evening.

Great spot for a family vacation

We rented both units and were not disappointed. We had stayed in the resort several times before, but not on this beachfront property. As they say, Location is everything. Proximity to the beach, ocean, and restaurant or ideal. Great communication with the host, who hooked us up with a driver who also had access to fishing and snorkeling boats. You get what you pay for, and this is a prime example.

Infinity Bay's Best

The location of this combined 3-bedroom unit is optimal for access to all activities on and near Infinity/West Bay. This is a ground floor option where you literally walk onto the beach or 10 feet to the Palapa Bar or 30 feet to the pool. Great balconies to relax and take it all in. The Palapa Bar shuts down and is quiet by 10 pm every night and security stands just outside your doors 24/7. Owner was very communicative and we had zero issues while there. Nothing but great memories!

11 Days of Paradise

It was THE most PERFECT vacation!! It IS the BEST villa at Infinity Bay on the BEST beach! ALL seven of us agree it is NOW our favorite island destination. The breathtaking villa views, the warm crystal clear turquoise water, the sandy beach, the friendly people and amazing local food left us wanting for nothing!! We really only left the resort in search of food. And Van was so right about Infinity's dive shop meeting all of our needs - the family did 3 private day dives, a day snorkle trip, a night dive, a night snorkle dive, and my husband and son got Nitrox Certified too! Plus they were all snorkling from the beach twice a day. They were mesmerized by the variety and number of fish they saw and how healthy the reef was. And I ( the non-diver of the family) simply walked the beach twice a day and did serious people watching from the patio with my Monkey LaLa's in hand. It was pure paradise! And lastly, all the Infinity Bay staff were soooooo friendly and so helpful. Yes, we are already planning on coming back!! Judy Mac

Some checkin and maintenance issues.

Property management needs to be more attentive and timely to reported maintenance issues; water leaks and water damage. Kitchen ceiling leak reported in the morning. In the afternoon the patio ceiling collapsed due to water damage and was not available for 2 days. Property owner needs to be informed and aware of the maintenance issue. Otherwise, a nice stay.

Just Perfect!

One of the best beachfront condos. Lovely veranda. Walk right out and into the ocean to swim or snorkel. No need to do the daily securing of beach chairs, the loungers are right on your veranda and the bar is an arm's length away. Very friendly staff. Great communication from the owner. There is an outdoor shower just outside the door. The pool is beautiful for recreation, floating or laps. Lastly, the fitness center is exceptionally clean and very well equipped. Considering signing up for next year. Just have to decide if we want to return to the same island. In many ways this beach is paradise and Roatan is very unspoiled, which sets it wonderfully apart from so much of the Caribbean. West Bay beach reminds me of Key West before it was over-built. Just a casual and beautiful place to hang out. It was the perfect break from winter for us!!!

Nice unit in a great location

This unit is spacious and comfortable. And it is literally steps away from the beach, from the pool, and from the poolside/beachfront restaurant. The owners were great to work with and we had a fantastic time! The only complaint we can think of is that the kitchen had very few items for cooking but there are many delicious rataurants right nearby so you might want to skip the cooking anyway!

Love Infinity Bay!

This was our 4th stay at Infinity Bay, but our first time staying beachfront & in our opinion these are the best units on the property! First of all these are by far the most comfortable beds we have slept in at the resort. The other 3 units we had stayed in the beds were as hard as a rock! Then there is the location,! You can’t get any better than beachfront & steps from the pool & beach bar. The owner is fabulous to work with! Here is the lay of the land: The one bedroom unit is 101 & is the unit closest to the pool & beach bar. It has nice patio furniture. Love seat, chairs, cushions, etc. 102 is the 2 bedroom & is beachfront as well, but to get to the pool & beach bar you have to go around the building, unless you rent both units in which case they open the door between the 2 & you just go through 101. Either way no big deal. 102 has a much bigger patio with a round table & 4 chairs. 102 has a large master bedroom at the back with its own bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed & opens onto the covered patio. In this bedroom you can lay in bed & look at the beautiful view of the ocean across the patio. Both units have newer wall mount tv’s. We love West Bay, & Infinity Bay in particular. Beach front costs a little more, but it is worth it! We will be back, & this is where we will stay.

Wonderful Stay!

We loved the apartment, we loved Infinity Bay, and we loved West Bay Beach. The apartment looks right out onto the beach. Everything worked like clockwork, from the initial reservation, payment, checkin, and all the way up through checkout It was a heavenly 6 nights; we are already trying to figure out when we might be able to go back.
