During our 2 night stay, the water was off. The manager said it would be back on that evening and it never came back on. The manager wasn’t accommodating at all. Said there was nothing they could do, and said we couldn’t get a partial refund.. we couldn’t shower or flush the toilets. Awful experience. When we checked out, the water still wasn’t on.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and very modern overall great stay and I’ll stay here again

We flew in on a redeye. They offered MIA pick up & transportation to the port for cruises! We didn’t make it to our room till about 1:30 AM & exhausted. The room was very clean! I would definitely say again!
