terrible shuttle service to airport
We waited over an hour for the shuttle that never came and the staff who answered the phone when we called to follow up were quite rude about it. In fact, she hung up before I could even enquire as to how much longer it might take. We eventually took a taxi , the hotel did not re-imburse us, but they offered free breakfast in the end (which I don't eat). In the morning, there was a line up for the shuttle so we took an uber. Otherwise the hotel was fine,hardly worth the price we paid but it was a Saturday night and it seems they do a lot of cruise ship turnovers. the restaurant had good service and good value.
