"Parking is a pain, all the exterior doors except the main door was out of order, we had to literally kick our door to get it to open and staff acted like it was normal that you can’t even get in the room. The elevator felt like it was going to break down at any moment. Staff was very kind and pleasant, the room was mostly clean, there were seashells on the floor in the corners. "It was awful! The staff was rude and unhelpful. The room was dirty. The bed and pillows looked as if someone had been sleeping there and the cleaners had just pulled the covers up not even neatly. There was no hand soap. There was one little wash rag. The toilet paper only had 1/4 of a roll. Left the carpet was stained and greasy looking. There was unfinished little kitchenette with a big hole where there may have been a fridge all in all if there was a zero, I’d give it a zero."

"The room was very clean and comfortable. There was a fridge and a microwave included in the room.
I particularly liked that we could park right outside the room and that there were no curbs to navigate.
The only negatives were that there wasn't a grab bar in the tub for safety, and the chair in our room was very rickety.
Otherwise, this is a good motel for a visit to Heber City."
