"The staff were very helpful when we decided to change hotels but I was shocked that the room rate jumped more than $50 a night. Then we were charged $7 a day to park in THEIR lot. When booked I saw no mention of this additional fee. When I contacted customer service they did graciously reverse the charge. The facility itself was very nice. My only complaint was financial."

"My only complaint was trying to find things. We knew there was an indoor pool but couldnt find it until we went on a walk around the entire property and found it tucked away in a fitness center at the back of the complex, outside of the ballrooms. The outdoor pool was wonderful. The food choices were limited so we went out to eat which ended up being a great choice. Its close to everything we wanted to see. On our exploration of the city we went to the Candy Lady shop and got to meet the woman...

"There was BED BUGS!!!!! the vent was squeaky and it smelled like wet dog in the hall and room. staff couldn't move us rooms. we had to get a new hotel night of. We could not stay here."

"The room was extremely warm, I’m guessing it was in the 80s when we arrived. It took about 3 hours for the room to get a comfortable temperature. We were thrown off by the window in the living room area facing into the hallway, this gave the room more of a motel feeling. The staff was very helpful, which was great. The room, beddings, towels, and furniture were very clean."

"The amenities were probably the biggest detractor in our stay, followed by the cleanliness (or lack thereof) of the room and the property. Our room had sticky floors, a malfunctioning A/C unit, heavily smelled of cigarettes, and in need of maintenance in the kitchenette. The overall appearance of the property suggested lack of landscape maintenance. I suppose you get what you pay for, but I’ve had better for less than $100/night."

"The breakfast area was dirty at check in, no soap, nor any food other than cereal waffles and a few slices of bread. There was some milk for cereal, no yogurt nor anything for the waffles or bread, Tv reception was bad; nothing played. Receptionist said that things get stolen so they don’t have anything out in lobby because of thieves."
