"The location was amazing! Steps from the park and walkable to so many wonderful places. We loved it and having a parking spot was a huge bonus! Rob was a great host and very responsive. The unit was very clean and well appointed. The only miss is that it is below grade and that was not clear in the listing or description. Not a deal breaker but we were in the back corner so if we opened the shades people could see in and we looked onto the parking area. We would still stay there again and would...

"Lovely apartment in the beautiful historical area! Very clean. Parking was easy. A space is available right out front. We were able to walk everywhere we desired. One suggestion, it would be nice if there were window coverings on the door in the back, just for added privacy coming out of the bathroom."

"The unit, the host and the setting were stellar. The only negative was from VRBO who touted onsite parking whereas reality was metered parking nearby which is dependent on time of day. Having said that loading and unloading is a breeze with the factors walk "alley" and the walk, no matter how far you have to walk is beautiful."

"The home was very clean and spacious. I really loved the screened in porch off the master bedroom. Stephanie was helpful and kind throughout our stay. She let us borrow her beach chairs and a boogie board for the kids. We would definitely stay again."

"We booked the opal suite. It was just as the pictures looked, except maybe even better! There are 2 units on each floor. Opal was on the top and we loved sitting in the little sun room in the comfy blue chairs. There is also a small couch but not big enough for sleeping (love seat sized). The checkin instructions with pictures via the virtual checkin desk were super helpful! The elevator worked without issues. Great location! We didn't have a problem getting parking on the street. Some noise...
