"This condo well-appointed and served our needs perfectly! We used it as a base of operations with it being centrally located for our side trips. Matt was a good communicator. "Great place! Nice and clean and looked exactly like the photos. Location was perfect as it was close to lots of hiking and things to do in Sedona but was quiet and peaceful since it’s just on the edge of town. Highly recommended! "

"My husband and I enjoyed our 3 night stay. The place is convenient to trail heads and restaurants and we loved sitting in the outside areas. There is a gorgeous view from the street, although you can't see it while sitting on the patio. It's an older home, but we liked the style. The bathroom, in particular, could use updating but everything was comfortable and clean. Loved the spider plant! "

"Located in a superb area, away from the busy downtown area but still a short drive to all the popular places. Walkable distance from our favorite restaurant in Sedona - Indian Gardens. Older house, but all the important things are new: beds and linens, furniture, rugs, and dishware. "This was an amazing place. So well kept and clean. Awesome communication with the host. The javelina experience was incredible. Will be coming back for sure. House is wel stocked with things you need. I highly recommend this rental. We got to feed javelinas. Such a relaxing and cozy home. Im very thankful we found this place. "
