My Exclusive Italy - Enchanting Villa with Pool surrounded by vineyards

Located in a secluded part of the estate, but with full access to all his amenities and services, Casa Villa is an independent country house, surrounded by olive groves with views over the Arno Valley. Ten bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and a spacious kitchen make this recently renovated farmhouse the perfect place for family reunions. Exquisitely furnished with beautiful wood-beamed ceilings and terracotta floors, guests can relax at the panoramic swimming pool, or in the secluded garden, equipped with tables, chairs and parasols.



Casa Villa consists of two independent farmhouses: a large red house in typical Tuscan rural style and a small, restored barn house, independently located a short distance away.



Farmhouse 1

In the main house, divided over three floors, there are 8 bedrooms with 6 non-en-suite bathrooms, along with 4 variously sized lounges. One of the rooms is located in the open loft of the piccionaia ( dovecote ) tower.



Kitchen

A large kitchen, furnished and equipped with everything needed for 20 people, is located on the ground floor with direct access to the garden.



Farmhouse 2

The barn has two bedrooms, one on an open loft, two bathrooms, and a lounge with a kitchenette. All rooms, upon request, can be prepared with either a double bed or two single beds.

Gardens

Casa Villa is situated on the side of the hill with a splendid southeast exposure. Surrounded by gardens and olive trees, the farmhouse boasts a unique view of the estate’s vineyards. On various levels of the garden, there are lawns with seating and small lounges, as well as a large table where all guests can gather for dinner.



Panoramic Pool

The panoramic pool, built in 2023, is located a short walk from the two farmhouses and is equipped with seating, sun loungers, and umbrellas.



Parking

Private parking is available for guests.



Guest Access

You will have complete private access to the property and there are also no shared areas or common spaces with other guests.
