"As a long time VRBO user I can safely say that this was the very BEST overall experience I’ve had. From the moment I arrived at the property (located in the epicenter of all Woodstock activities) until I walked into the unit (looks even *better* in person) I was blown away!! Incredibly tidy, well appointed and super cozy it was everything I could have asked for and more!I have already booked two additionalStays here and have recommended all my friends to do the same! "Hot tub circuit breaker kicked off and the jets were not strong. Contacts host about it.Some TV’s would not turn on.Outdoor string lights did not work in some spots.Outdoor fireplace was not stocked with wood,… although logs were found in the garage… unfortunately after I purchased my own log bundles.Aside from this, the house was lovely and had everything we needed."

"We enjoyed our 5 night stay. The unit was clean and comfortable. As others may have mentioned, there is some noise from the nearby train track and bars, but that didn’t bother us much. We really appreciated the noise cancelling machine that was provided. One suggestion for improvement would be to make it explicit to guests that the backyard (incl. grill & hot tub) are shared between the upstairs and downstairs units. "Very comfortable home with a lot of space for a family of six. Comfy beds and large bedrooms are a definite plus. The lower level with a ping pong table, puzzles and games made for a lot of fun and competition. One thing to point out is that there is no access to laundry at the home-we missed that in the listing. The convenience to town was great for groceries and supplies. I highly recommend this home for your trip to the Catskills…you won’t be disappointed! "
