"The air-conditioning went out on day two of our four-day stay. The property manager immediately sent someone out, but it didn’t resolve the problem. On day three they brought in some mobile units that cooled the cabin down so we could at least sleep somewhat comfortably at night. It was a holiday weekend so we appreciated the responsiveness. The location is very close to everything Big Cedar related, but the cabin is on a very busy road which made it difficult/dangerous to come and go. As well...
