The setup was perfect with a master that had its own bathroom for my wife and me and an attached separate bedroom for my other two kids. "We enjoyed staying here with our family and grandparents during my son’s baseball tournament at Dreams Park. We enjoyed swimming and fishing in the lake. The house was spacious, comfortable and the updates were nice."

"Stayed her with 3 other parents while our sons played in the Cooperstown All-Star Village tournament. House is only a 15 minute ride to ASV. House was clean and had everything we needed for the week. Right on the river and has a dock so we did a little fishing. You can rent kayaks at shop down street if you want. Would highly recommend staying here if your child is playing at either Dreams park ( 10 min drive) or ASV."
