"This is a good place to experience old Savannah and the neighborhood is safe and charming. Easy walk to cafe’s, parks and shopping. The stairs are a little steep up to the bedrooms so maybe not good for anyone feeling unsure of their balance etc but the bathroom is bright, water pressure and water quality is lovely and you can darken the bedroom to sleep in. Overall it was a nice getaway and would return."

Highs: perfect size for two adults, no-contact check-in, body care items provided, washer/dryer, full-sized kitchen, fair price, quiet. Lows: contact with the host was very poor and we didn’t receive the check-in information until less than 20 hours prior to our stay, no comforter (only had a fitted sheet and thin top sheet) and missing a pillow case on the bed so it was difficult to...

"Great location in a very walkable neighborhood. Close to local coffee shops & a large Kroger grocery store. There were multiple cockroaches around the house (entryway & in each bedroom). Albeit they were dead, it was still clear that the floors had not been swept. Overall, would recommend this to large groups/families. All appliances were in working condition & aside from the cockroaches (which it is an older house so somewhat expected) everything was clean."

"My sister and I stayed at this cute cottage on our recent visit to Savannah. We wanted to stay in the historic district and this property gave us access to Forsyth Park. The fact that it offered its own parking place made it even better. If you're looking for a place to stay while in Savannah, give this cottage a look. "There were five of us who enjoyed a great trip to Savannah. Downtown was about a thirty minute walk and the property was close to a large park. Very easy to get in and out of the place. Very close to a grocery store which made food planning easy."

"property was nice beds were comfortable, quick 2 night stay for a funeral will come back like the neighborhood. now for the downs not horrible but just suggestions not enough towels no face clothes only 2 hand towels for 6 people and 5 towels, after reading other reviews we bought our own towels and face clothes, also tiki torches or something to try to keep mosquitos from attacking to enjoy the nice courtyard otherwise i would return oh yes do not lock any doors maybe 1 skeleton key near...

"Perfect location in historic district. Easy walk to beautiful Forsyth Park and to shuttle stops for a free ride down to River for shopping and eating. A grocery less than two small blocks away. Plenty of room for 8+. It was super hot but the air conditioning kept up with the heat - even on the third floor! If you love and appreciate historic homes, you should stay here. Highly recommend."

"I traveled with my spouse and 2 small dogs. The home was as advertised. Had no problem at all. It was comforting to know the owner was right next door. Neighborhood was great for walking our dogs. Would definitely recommend and should we go to Savannah again I would definitely stay there."
