Water out of shower like a hose, couldn't be adjusted. Toilet wasnt practical. Unable to get refund as office wasn't open, needed to make another trip back. Was not aware that we had too pay $100 bond on arrival and would not get back till room inspected at 0900 on departure

The room was big and the beds were excellent. Unfortunately the room had an awful smell and the bathroom was very poorly designed. It felt scary to get in and out of the shower, there was no towel rail and the glass above the sink meant you bumped your head when you tried to use it. ...

The place was overall great quality and as advertised. We had access to good shower/toilet bathrooms next door. The only problems were the stove top only worked at full temp so we had to use the communal kitchen, and the tree scraping on the side of the building (cabin 7) kept us awake all 3 nights ...

Brilliant value right in cbd, easy walk to main street for food options. Polite staff. Glad to be given nice size bottle of milk, not the tiny uht bottles! Great sized rooms,nicely rennovated. Clean and lovely bathroom with spa bath. Would definitely recommend 👌
