"Very clean. Water provided. Great location. Very private. Comfortable beds. Easy check in. Owner responds quickly. The ladder is a little tricky to go up and down frequently. Not a good fit for anyone with any mobility issues."

"Great place to stay! Road is a bit bumpy but you get used to it. The pool and slide kept the kids and adults entertained after a day of activities. Jay was quick to respond with any questions. "What a cute place! We were a mixed group of ages traveling with 9 people total. The house was exactly as advertised. In a quiet neighborhood and 1 min walk to Cahal Pech and 8 minute drive to Xunantich ruins. Lots of little restaurants around and gas and groceries right down the road. The host was fabulous! Thank you Nelly."
