Pros• Location is fantastic! Could not ask for better! Quiet area, quick walk to beach. • Fence was sturdy & secure & under the porch was blocked off.• Screened porch with the heater was great.• The upstairs bedroom suite has a nicer bed, nice view & appears to be newer.• Water pressure is excellent & water is hot!• All communications with property owner were timely.Cons• Unfortunately the cleaning folks do the bare minimum! The house needs a thorough cleaning and bedding & sofa covers need replacing. It is definitely not washed after each guest. • The floor of the house is very wonky, I'd be concerned if there was someone with mobility issues.• The furniture is uncomfortable. Queen bed, sofas, porch furniture. It's just old & worn.In the queen bedroom...• the bedding was stained and covered with pet hair. The mattress pad & pillow covers are also stained & look very unclean & ratty.• There are dust bunnies & dirt under the bed.• There is no hanging space in the closet, just one over the door hanger. • There is one small dresser, it wasn't enough so we lived out of our suitcases.• No fault of the homeowner but previous guests didn't pick up after their dogs.• The upstairs bathroom has a rigged up shower curtain liner because the walk-in shower has no door.• The bathroom needed to be cleaned better, hair on the ceiling and a wad of TP behind the toilet.• In the pics there's a Keurig & coffee maker, brought k-cups only to find out there is no Keurig.
