  • Lovely water views from this 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath canal front home that is a 5 min. walk to the beach! Home features a huge 26' x 32' screened porch with ice maker, and furniture for 12-16. There is a nice outdoor shower, and separate Master Bedroom/bath with a private wrap around screened porch upstairs. Has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, gas stove, A/C, Gas BBQ, boat dock & opportunity to enjoy both Bay side and the beach. Sleeps 7. Weekly rentals and partial week rentals. Pets welcome with $110 pet fee.

    Please note that you will need to bring your own linens and that the upstairs master bedroom and bath are separate from the main level living, with a private entrance.

    Mid May- Mid September rentals go through Sandcastle Reality in South Bethany. All other dates reservations can be made through VRBO.

    Included with the regular house cleaning fee, our cleaners will either wipe with a disinfectant cloth or spray with an aerosol cleaner, all high touch surface areas. For an additional fee of $150, we can offer a mist disinfectant service that puts charged particles into the air that will cover all surface areas and kills Covid 19. It is odorless, takes minutes to dry and is safe for pets and people. If you would like this additional service, please indicate that in your reservation email, and I will send you the link for the additional fee, and schedule it for you.

House was great, outside screened-in patio was even better. It was a great location, close to beach and quiet, easy to relax, but a short drive to anything you wanted. Meg was awesome and responded very quickly to anything we needed.

Perfect Getaway!!!

Area was amazing house is simply adorable! Quiet neighborhood -Great views and outdoor is so relaxing!Hope to visit again soon! The town of Bethany is adorable right in between the hustle and bustle of area beaches.

Great getaway!

The Purple Pearl was a fantastic spot for a weekend getaway with our kids and dog. Lots of space, great location, and the large screened in porch was amazing! We usually stay in Ocean City during our trips to the beach, but we would definitely visit this house in Bethany again.

Great stay with our pup

The screened in outdoor area was exceptionally nice. Our dog enjoyed hanging out in the cooler weather out there. Very nice location that's just a short walk away from the beach.

Lovely Pet Friendly home with a great location.

We had a great time staying at the Purple Pearl! It was perfect for my dog's family vacation. The location is awesome. Short walk to the beach and short drives to many places near by that are dog friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

The location is perfectly placed, near everything, but not in it.

The Purple Pearl is a lovely house in a great location in South Bethany. Even off season we enjoyed the amazing screened patio (with infrared heater!). The house was comfortable and had everything we needed as a family.

Happy as a Purple Pearl

Seriously loved staying here. Cute home with huge outdoor fun! Obviously we stayed here in March so not a ton of outdoor fun was had but it was appreciated all the same. Having a fenced in yard for the pup was beyond amazing. Hoping to stay here again next March ♡♡♡

Purple Pearl was a Pleasure!

Property was exactly as listed and very comfortable. The screened in porch was perfect, even on chilly days, it was a great place to take a nap! The yard was fenced, which was perfect for the dog! Would definitely rent again!

Convenient but quiet

A friend and I stayed for a few days. I had my fur-babies along. The street was quiet, but close to the beach and some activities. The place was as described and perfect for my dogs. I enjoyed my time there as did my friend.

Out of season oasis

My husband, pup and I stayed at the Purple Pearl for Thanksgiving and it was everything we hoped for. We spent alot of time on the porch under the heater and on the dock when it was warm. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our feast. The beach is so close, we walked there multiple times a day. We hope to spend time here again soon.

Amazing Relaxing Getaway

This was an amazing experience. A nice quiet neighborhood and a quick walk to the beach. The outdoor seating areas are perfect for any type of weather (fans and a heater)! The house is adorable and very comfortable. We will definitely consider this property for future vacations!! Highly recommend.

Awesome vacation!

We had a great 10 days! Kayaking off the back dock, crabbing, biking to Bethany, and walking to the beach for sunrise! The screened porch is perfect for hanging with the family, bbq out back, fenced yard for our dog, it was all perfect!

FAB weekend

Wonderful family weekend. My love, myself, and pup had a wonderful time. Great location. Great area to walk around. The walk to beach was minutes. So close to downtown Bethany & OC. Lovely area & home. We are all looking forward to our next visit. 😊🌈
