"I had to ask 3 times for the pull out beds sheet to be changed in which it was never done. We did get moved to another room how we both toilets did not want to flush. When I let Front desk know she stated it was could be because if it’s about to rain there’s sometimes plumbing issues. Toilet of course would not flush the next morning after using it and maintenance had to come up with a snake to snake it. Spoiled milk was served at breakfast"

"This was the second time I stayed here this year while visiting my daughter. The staff has always been super friendly, the room clean, the breakfast always had a few warm items and was included in the room price so who can complain! Con’s, the room air conditioning blew very hard and cold at times, and it took a couple of times to tap my key to get into my room, but that could have been user error. Overall I enjoy staying here, which is why I chose to stay here once again."

"This hotel sits within a couple of feet from a major highway. The windows are paper thin and you can hear every single car pass by the windows ALL NIGHT LONG. We turned on the fan hoping that would drown out the noise but it did not. There is a smell in the hallways that reminded us of animals. That smell was not in our room, however, when we turned on the fan to drown out the highway noise a musty smell filled the room. We did not stay the two nights we booked. we left the next morning. "Parking was fine they said they had hot tub or jets in the tub there were none the hotel needs serious repair needs. The sheets on the bed appeared to have not been changed, the shower head barely trickled water, the wallpaper was peeling of the walls at there seams, it was just not at all what the photos shown and was the worst I had ever seen."

"There is a train nearby and you can hear the train pretty often. We didn't mind, but I think it's worth mentioning since it was pretty loud and pretty often."

"I always love this property when visiting my daughter, but when the regulars are not working their relief folks are not as accommodating as the reg staff. Other than that, i had a great time!!"

"The elevator was constantly out of service and I was on the fourth floor. This is not a good thing when you have a bad back."

"The staff was very nice. When I went to get into the bed,it was not made. The top sheet was just thrown on and the bottom sheet was not tucked in . I wondered if they changed the sheets from the last people in the room. The breakfast was not great. No yogurt or fresh berries. No pastries"
