"Stay AWAY! This pub/inn is not fit for purpose and the manager will lie for his own gain bar staff very politely but some of the clientele (undesirable). Kitchen was closed chief had walked out. We walked in and never stayed in our room as it was clear it was not clean we complained asked for manager he never came we left he lied about us not a place I will ever visit again Expedia got in contact with him he lied again so he was paid we are out of pocket but at least we never had to spend more...

"The inn keepers were awesome. Welcoming, attentive and friendly. My room was clean and comfy. Highly recommend the Chainlocker "

"The accommodation was in a lovely village near plenty of other places of interest. The pub was great and the staff were all very good and the food was excellent. The room and facilities were also good. The simple reason for the average rating is that our room had an air conditioner unit on the wall right outside our window which was very noisy. I asked about this after the first night and they were aware of this but I was told unfortunately it was needed to cool the cellar. This was going on and...

"La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la estación de tren y de bus. Restaurante muy muy bueno. Las habitaciones con alfombra, olia un poco a humedo o viejo."

"Amabilitat del personal, bon esmorzar habitació àmplia. Els matalassos necessiten renovació. Bany petit però correcte. Davant del mar, bones vistes."

"This pub was a great stop for us following a day of walking the SWCP. Very peaceful even though it is a pub. It is approximately 1 mile from Perranunthnoe, and SWCP. Bus 2 runs from right outside so ideal for connections to Penzance and Porthleven. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely return."

On the first morning hash browns left off the order. Ordered poached eggs on toast given one egg on a piece of toast nothing along side it to dress the plate very sad looking. Second morning breakfast sausage looked very undercooked, bacon well done and once again toast burnt. Really sad as every time in the past the...

"Great room above a lovely pub. Comfortable bed and good shower. The pub had a wide menu and the food was very good. Also a good choice of ales. 5 minute walk to the Cornish Seal Sanctuary. Large car park. Friendly and helpful staff."
