"I booked on Expedia. I showed up and it was a dump and smelt of possibly urine. 15 minutes later I asked for my money back and the employee said I have to contact Expedia for a refund. Good luck with that. I paid a lot of money to not even stay. Lesson learned. Never use Expedia ever again."

Park Hill Inn & Suites
"The room was spacious and clean. A bit of a strange set up for the bathroom. The sink is outside the bathroom. If traveling with your dog, you cannot leave your dog in your room if you are going out. Even if they are kenneled. Had to keep my dog in the car during my brother's funeral."

Best Western Plus Chateau Inn Sylvan Lake
"Our room was not cleaned twice, no parking in hotel lot 3 nights out of 4, breakfast staff were quite rude. Hot tub cold multiple times. Children running down the hall at 6am screeching"
