You will have access to the entire property for the duration of your stay.

Your stay includes one reserved parking space located in the off-street parking area. The space is against the fence, in the rightmost spot as you face the row of parking spaces.

If you are arriving with more than one vehicle, additional on-street parking is available in the surrounding area. Please park considerately and follow local parking signs.

Checkin to this property is handled remotely by our dedicated guest support team who are there to help you with everything you may need during your stay. You will receive a message from us once you book to complete your checkin so we can share all the checkin information including access codes. You can communicate with us via your platform messaging. We also have a dedicated guest phone line open 9am-10pm daily.

Reaching us is simple and convenient. Take a direct train from London Paddington to Reading in just 25 minutes. From Reading Station, hop on the 600 bus towards Riseley and step off at Spencers Wood, The Square. From there, it’s only a 1-minute walk to the property – easy, stress-free, and perfectly connected.
