Viatges a Ravena

Rating this property was difficult for me - check in took almost 30 minutes, even though I was the only person arriving then, and then there were problems again on check out that also wasted almost 30 minutes of my time. On arrival, I was told by the desk staff that she could see my reservation but my name didn't come up on the room list. There were vacant rooms available, so I was eventually assigned Room 105 - a terrible accommodation near the highway. Once there, the front desk staff called me to say she had found my room, under the name of my travel companion - I have no idea why that name was listed, since I had made the reservation only providing my name and paid with my credit card. Finally was able to settle into a much nicer room in the newer section of the property. The next morning, I received two emails containing my receipts - with different amounts showing what I had paid for the room. I thought the lower priced one was a "service recovery" effort after the unsatisfactory events of the night before. I was told I would need to stay till 10:00 am if I wanted to speak to the manager about the both incidents, which would have delayed my departure 1.5 hrs. Finally, the day supervisor told me the receipt with the lower rate wasn't suppose to be sent to me, it was the amount Expedia was charged for my room! I want to recognize that staff who dealt with both situations, who solved the problems eventually. The issues seemed to be systems or technology.
