"So many good things to recommend about this hip hotel. Problems, however, to note: A/C struggles to keep up with serious summer heat. Plan accordingly. Free coffee service was down for four of my six days there. Bubbly water was down for three days. Noise from the street is only a problem when sirens blare. Now the good: all new, clean, functional. "Der Fön im Zimmer 366 war ok aber mehr nicht.
Im Zimmer 366 vermissten wir Handtuch-Halter-Heizkörper.
Von den Tageskosten für den hoteleigenen Parkplatz waren wir bei der Abreise überrascht - auf die wäre ich gerne beim Einchecken klar hingewiesen worden.
Toll war die tägliche Flasche Minerslwasser im Zimmer. Die Pools, die Außenliegen und der Saunabereich haben uns gefallen. Ebenso die verschiedenen Gastronomischen Einheiten. Ganz, ganz besonders begeistert hat uns das Extra-Restaurant...

"AC didn’t work, night 1 was terrible as it was way too warm. Had the window fully opened for night 2 and it wasnt so bad.
In the staffs defence we never informed them, but they were super helpful and friendly for all our interactions. Overall it was fine"

"It is in a great location and we dealt with a very helpful staff member named Toni who helped us find a lost passport but I still feel I should rate the stay very low because the AC was not working in our room and I alerted the staff to this issue every day for the 5 day stay and nothing was ever done about it. I spoke with other quests and many had the same issue with no effort made by the hotel to fix it that I'm aware of. The room was 26 degrees Celsius and sometimes higher. Was a very bad...

"The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very good with a large variety of items. The interior is aesthetically pleasing, especially the dining area is very beautiful. The setting is wonderful with a lot of green and the Teltow Kanal right along the property. Listening to the birds outside through the open window in the morning was wonderful! Otherwise, the room was very quiet with only a few sounds coming from outside the door during my stay.
