"Stayed for 3 nights, but unfortunately the air conditioning did not work throughout our stay. The room remained quite warm, making it difficult to sleep comfortably all three nights. We requested a fan on the second night and opened windows which helped somewhat, but the room was still too warm. Another inconvenience was that only one elevator was working at times, which resulted in long waits and lines. On a positive note, the staff was very helpful and courteous throughout our stay. "Deluxe double room was great, shower was particularly good. Staff were all friendly and couldn’t help you enough. Breakfast choice was great and delicious."

"The hotel and room are very clean and nice ambiance. The staff were very kind and helpful. Check in was quick and easy. Breakfast was available at a cost but we did not take advantage as we preferred trying a variety of food out and about. Location was prime to public transport and most of the sites. Only slight change would have liked is location of our room had the trains passing by right outside our window so when the room got too warm and we opened our window it was very loud. Nonetheless...
