"The hotel was very clean and beds were comfortable. The view of the mountains was very pretty. Bathrooms were large and clean with good hot water pressure. Large space in the double queen room. Parking was easy, although you have to pay nightly. Close access to a lot of places to eat and easy highway access. We came to see University of Denver and it is a 7-minute easy drive. The elderly front desk employee doesn't seem thrilled with her job with eye rolls about soccer players in town, rude...

"The house is quite run down with peeling paint inside & out. The 1st floor reeks of dog which wafts up to the 2nd floor guest rooms as well. Our view was of a commercial rooftop & alley with dumpsters. The owners act as valets, jockeying the four guests’ cars in a one lane driveway which doesn’t fit four cars so the last one in line is parked across the sidewalk; our car was left unlocked overnight both nights of our stay. I can’t really speak to the second morning’s breakfast as the 1st was...

"Family enjoyed close proximity to city buses, paramount theatre for concerts, good food, and easy walk (with bus ride) to a baseball game. Nice big TV in the lobby for World Cup games."

"Great location, 15 min walk to Coors Field, a block away from 16th Street Mall. Easy access to all the freeways. On the downside, not directly about the hotel itself, downtown Denver has changed since I was here 26 years ago. Use to be very vibrant and clean, now its filled with homeless, mentally ill people yelling and screaming at who knows what. It was a bit scary walking to the ballpark. Be aware of your surroundings! Denver needs to address this problem and get back to the city it once...
