"We got in late the other night and it took us a good bit to get to bed since we had to listen to some drunk guy yell in the lobby till like 2:30am; while the receptionist did nothing to quiet him down. Other than that, the place was clean and the breakfast did the job. "

"Breakfast was lukewarm all 3 days we ate there despite arriving soon after opening. Both elevators were out of service for part of our stay. Wi-Fi access went out on the last day -- perhaps because we'd been there a week? -- but desk clerk had no idea how to fix it. Cleaning staff kept skipping our room despite no request to do so. Definitely a mediocre experience"

"Chris was great! He's warm, friendly, funny, and full of information on the Inn and the area. The breakfasts were wonderful. I am sorry for not eating the breakfast burrito but I just love french toast. Our room was exceptional. A claw foot tub and a huge shower made a bath a day a great experience. The area around the Inn felt safe and walkable. It was close to everything we wanted to do. We were able to walk to the Art Museum The house is so beautiful, I could live there happily for...

"i stayed there for three nights. i was able to check in early and the staff were nice. the lobby was really beautiful and the location itself is really good. its near 16th st and near bus stops. my room was good however, i had a hard time sleeping. the pillows were way too soft i had to use three pillows and i had the temp at lowest with high fan and it was still hot. i really like the hotel but the two things i said made me put it at four stars. "

"Fun cool place to stay! Didnt feel like a hotel, felt like a cool loft downtown. We never saw staff, was given a code for doors which was really helpful since we got in later than expected. Great communal space to hang out. My only complaint was there were no outlets next to the bed to charge my phone. Overall great experience definitely recommend and will be coming back. "
