"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Vienna. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The room was neat, very clean, and a great size, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast was good, but with so many charming coffee shops nearby, we only ate there once! The absolute highlight is the location – it's in the heart of everything, with attractions, cafés, restaurants, and shops just steps away. Perfect for exploring Vienna on foot....

"From the moment we arrived to the hotel we were greeted with smiles and attentiveness. The bar staff, Jennifer and Mercedes were exceptional!!! The room was clean and felt very upgraded. Bathroom was so clean it felt like I'm using my home bathroom. Coffee and food for breakfast was delicious. I can't say more great thing about this property and the staff. "The air conditioner is off centrally. For two days , the afternoon was warm to bother us . The room was clean but there were holes in the cover sheet on the bed . Very very very small washroom . You barely could close the door even though we are average size people and it has distance from the sink which is very strange . So the design of the room is not good. The location is good and has helpful and very patient staff."

"In spite it is not a very centric hotel, it has public transport to the center at 5', and the trip is not more than 15', so it is good value for money if you don't want to spend all yourbudget in the accomodation.
