"Great stay at the Manchester. Beautiful lobby and restaurants and super helpful staff. Despite other reviewers complaining about noise, we found it to be quiet and peaceful (stayed 5 nights). Complimentary coffee was excellent and the many of the food items reasonably priced. A few tweaks might make the stay truly too notch but the hotel exceeded my expectations. Probably the closest thing you’ll get to a SoHo house as you’ll get in Kentucky! "

"I recently stayed at your hotel as usual and wanted to share some feedback: Room Odor: Sheets in room 311 smelled like vomit. I recommend addressing this promptly. Room Temperature: The room was consistently warm. Please consider adjusting the temperature. Pool Area: Enjoyed the pool, but it could be cleaned more frequently. Front Desk Service: Some staff members were rude. Customer service could be improved. Breakfast: Eggs are always cold, watery and disappointing."
