We met one of the managers I think Maddi was her name and she was amazing - their customer service is a 20/10!!!! The room was great too, what a wonderful experience we had! "The Fairfield Hotel was excellent. There was a great selection of foods for breakfast. The only disappointment was that there was not an airport shuttle available. I scheduled this Hotel because it listed an airport shuttle in the amenities list."

"I was only at the hotel for a quick overnight airport connection layover. I chose this hotel for the airport shuttle. What I did not realize was that the shuttle starts at 0430 which was not early enough for a 0500 flight. It was an additional cost to call a Uber for a 0400 pick up. The room was comfortable enough."

"Stayed for 12 nights and room was cleaned twice. Had a noisy ventilation fan in the hallway outside my room that kept changing pitch. Construction was going on the floor below mine and often you could hear Construction equipment being used. Soap in the shower ran out after the first week and was never replaced. I've stayed at this location often in the past and have never had issues until now."

Haven’t had such a great hotel bed in a while, the sheets/blankets/pillows were amazing. Hoping i can find the same items to purchase for my home. "The room was mostly clean, but the mattress on the bed next to the window sags so badly that you can't sit on the side of it without falling to the floor. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles on the wall were empty & had been squeezed so much, they were dented. The lady at check-in was on her cell phone having a full conversation about finding a man "Butt-naked in the bathtub because he just got too hot". I had to stand there and listen to this conversation while trying to check...

"I really liked the room set-up. I remember when the hotel was first built around 2023-24 and it looked so modern. This was our first stay. We stayed on the 3rd floor and could hear every footstep our upstairs neighbors made and I mean EVERY FOOT STEP. Also, we could hear people talking as they walked by our room, like our door was open. terrible sound-proofing on the ceiling and door. The hotel was clean and smelled good and the breakfast was awesome. If I were to stay again, I would ask...
