Hello fellow traveller! Pack up the family and book your next stay at The Sable Bright Side. From the moment you step through the door, you'll be greeted by breathtaking, panoramic views of the mountains. Before unpacking, pour yourself a drink & take it all in from the comfort of your elegantly decorated, 5-star condo. Steps away from the best golf course in Radium (The Springs), and within walking distance to many restaurants, grocery stores, and parks for the kids.


P.S... if you need extra space, there's another pet-friendly condo across the hall (the Sable Forestside) that can add another 6 guests.

YOU'LL LOVE...
- Two tastefully decorated bedrooms plus a den with 3 beds (1 king, 1 queen and 1 queen sofa bed.)
- Private patio with outdoor seating, mountain/pool views and a BBQ (propane's on us!)
- Full kitchen and two bathrooms stocked with essentials
- Access to the complex's seasonal outdoor pool (open May to September long weekend) and year-round hot tub.


LIVING ROOM
The living room features a 43" smart TV that is Internet-enabled. You can log into Netflix or any other streaming service you wish. Cozy up to the fireplace and watch a movie. The couch is a queen sofa bed if you need the extra sleeping space.


BEDROOMS
Each bedroom is designed for comfort. Every detail - from comfy room-darkening shades to high-quality linens - has been curated to ensure our guests enjoy a peaceful and comfortable sleep.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Primary Bedroom: Queen bed + Smart TV + walkthrough closet + access to the patio + private ensuite full bathroom
Bedroom #2: King bed + walkthrough closet + ensuite full bathroom
Living room: Full-sized pull-out couch


BATHROOMS
Each bathroom is stocked with essentials (shampoo/conditioner/body wash & a hair dryer) to help lighten the load for you when packing.

Bathroom #1 (Primary ensuite): Full bath with a shower/tub combo
Bathroom #2 (Access via 2nd Bedroom & Living Room): Full bath with a stand-up shower


KITCHEN
This kitchen is fully stocked with essentials to complete the home-away-from-home experience.

Included Supplies:
- Full set of pots/pans/platters for large meals
- Serving utensils
- BBQ tongs
- Complete set of knives
- Coffee maker
- Fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a toaster.

Included Consumables:
- Coffee, tea and sugar
- Salt and pepper
- Ketchup, mustard, and relish
- Dishwasher tabs
- Paper towel.


DEN
Set up as a dedicated office with a love seat. We know how working remotely has become so important, so we wanted to give our guests a great place to catch up on some emails or host a Zoom meeting.


PATIO
Unobstructed beautiful mountain views facing north. You will truly fall in love with the valley from this patio. The propane grill will work great all year!


LAUNDRY
There is a washer and dryer located in the closet of the common bathroom available for your use during your stay. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are supplied.


PARKING
You will have access to a dedicated underground parking spot during your stay. There are additional visitor parking spots in the outdoor parking lot if needed.


CONSUMABLES
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.


CHECK-IN/OUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there's something you need during your stay with us.

Voted the friendliest place in Canada, Radium Hot Springs offers peace, beauty and adventure. You can hear birds singing with the softest echoes at all times of the day. There are 5 golf courses within a 15-minute drive. The world-famous Radium hot springs are only a 5-minute drive. If you want to recharge and relax, look no further!

You won't need a car in this part of town to get to stores and shops. If you enjoy going for walks then simply walk out the front door and you will fall in love with the area. If you want to go to the hot springs then a car is definitely recommended.


To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. A noise monitor in the unit will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 6 people.

3. Sable Ridge is a smoke-free complex. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. If you are a smoker you are free to smoke just outside the parking lot. Any proof of smoking/vaping will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. Although one (1) pet under 40 lbs is permitted on the property, we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest's name on the reservation.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.

7. Please leave the underground parkade/pool/garage key(s) inside the unit where you found it. If not there will be a $150 replacement charge.

8. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

This is a fantastic property. Very clean. The outdoor hot tub and pool area are excellent. This was the best VRBO I have stayed at. It’s close to everything you need. It’s quiet. Cozy. I will definitely be back.

This was a beautiful escape from the hustle and bustle of life. The place was beautiful and we would certainly come back again. The only issues found were the fireplace didn't work, and our bedroom picture was all broken. These are easy fixes and don't hinder a perfect stay. We would DEFINITELY recommend this place and will return.

There were four adults traveling through Canada; we intended to go to Jasper but due to the fires, and to change plans. Radium Hot Springs was highly recommended to us, and it certainly did not disappoint. The place was very clean, very good details for entering on our first day. So very pleased with accommodations and service. Hat's off to you!!!

We loved the place it was amazing until my husband almost had a roofing nail puncture his shoe and we wete rudely awoken at 6:45 am to roofers walking and then at 7am sharp they started banging and hammering to replace the roof right above us on the top floor....did not make for a relaxing morning...I took video of the sound and pictures of the nail in the shoe and of roofing materials on our deck...

The condo was lovely and welcoming. Exceptionally clean, nice and quiet. Equipped with everything we needed. Except, I forgot to pack a blender for my smoothies, I emailed our property manager, Chelsey to see if there was one I could borrow. Amazingly, she went above and beyond and had one delivered to the condo the next morning. Thanks Chelsey! Great stay!

You know how you look at the pictures and book a property but are never quite sure if it will be as advertised? Well, this property delivered! Can be described as two separate bedrooms with own bathrooms. Perfect for two families. All of the finishings, bedding, dishes, etc. were above par. And the pool and hot tubs were very clean and maintained. Thank you for an excellent mini-vacation.

Our stay at Sable was cosy, clean and was exactly as picture in the brochure. The walking path right behind was an added bonus! It continued across the street and along the ridge. At the beginning of the path way, was a little library were we picked up a couple of books and enjoyed reading by the fireplace. First time ever seeing wild turkeys crossing the road each morning right in front of the building. Super easy to find and easy access to the hot spring, Invermere and Fairmount. Was a ver nice relaxing stay.
