KITCHEN AND DINING
Fully equipped for your culinary adventures, discover a family kitchen stocked with essentials like cooking oil, salt, pepper, and fresh coffee beans. Within the kitchen, you will find a pantry cupboard filled with extra small appliances that you can use during your stay. Enjoy casual dining at the kitchen counter seating or entertain in style at the elegant separate dining room area.
LOUNGE AND FAMILY SPACE
Within the main space of our home, you can unwind in the cozy lounge area by basking in the warmth of the electric fireplace while immersing yourself in your favourite shows or movies on the smart TV. If you need some quiet time, the family can retreat downstairs to the large family space with a huge corner sectional and a huge smart TV. This sofa also doubles up as an extra bed if you need more sleeping places (bring your bedding if you plan to use this bed!)
BEDROOMS
You will find one of the King bedrooms downstairs in the basement. It has a smart TV and a closet. Upstairs, and at the front of the townhouse there is a spacious primary bedroom that boasts a luxurious king bed, complete with a full walk-in closet, wall-mounted smart TV, and a private shower ensuite. Meanwhile, the guest bedroom, at the back of the house, offers a comfortable queen bed, ensuring privacy for couples. The third bedroom, also at the back of the house, has a single over double bunk bed, and closet space. All beds are adorned with hotel-quality linens for your utmost comfort.
BATHROOMS
There are two bathrooms with tub/shower combos for you to refresh and rejuvenate yourself. One is in the basement next to the family space and King bedroom, and the second is on the first floor near the primary bedroom. Both bathrooms are supplied with hotel-quality towels, locally-made hand soap, and 2-in-1 body wash/shampoo. Additionally, you will find an ensuite to the primary bedroom with a shower and a half bath (washroom/toilet) on the main level.
LAUNDRY ROOM
Convenience meets functionality with the upstairs laundry room at your disposal throughout your stay (full-size stacked washer and dryer).
BACKYARD
Step into your private sanctuary with a fenced backyard, featuring a BBQ, hot tub, and four relaxing chairs. Please note, due to all our appliances being on electric power, our hot tub is on a load-shedding device that will shut off the tub power if the range (i.e. stove and oven) are in use at the same you are using the tub. Don't worry, information and rules are supplied in the guest guide which is available after booking.

This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to CA$1000 for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs. Alternatively, the refundable security deposit is held on your credit card and returned in full if no damage occurs; repair costs are deducted if necessary.
