"This was our end trip to this property-we were here in the fall and had a totally different, but equally wonderful trip! This time the kids played in the water-snorkeling, kayaking, fishing, wading and swimming. In the evenings we enjoyed the fire pit and pool table. The stocked kitchen made meal prep easy. Plenty of room and now great memories!"

"The bus was awesome! Had everything we needed for a short stay. Comfortable bed, a nice fire pit, shower, toilet, and refrigerator. Lacking ample firewood scavenging. Suggest bring your own firewood. Recommend keeping your dogs away from woods as there were an abundance of brier prickers."

"It's an older home so the floors were a bit uneven, but all the furnishings were very nice, loved the walk-in showers. I did need to use the complimentary earplugs because it's directly beside the railroad track and there are frequent trains, including at night, but with those in I slept great, comfy beds. The road into Eggleston and the driveway to the cottage are fairly steep and winding, I was glad I had AWD. Highly recommend walking over to the Pallisades for dinner, it was SO GOOD. Wi-fi...

We all slept comfortably, and the property provided a great backyard, screened-in porch, and fire pit. Plenty of seating on any part of the property. Would recommend to any large group, whether it be for VT or just for the lake."
