"The staff is amazing and we love how peaceful the property is. The atmosphere is serene and we loved the extra attention to detail throughout the stay. The bed and pillows are so comfortable. We loved the food options for breakfast and dinner. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!"

"We loved how easy the check in was! We arrived late however we received very detailed instructions on the check in process which made it simple despite a late arrival. The staff were kind and helpful even opening breakfast early to accommodate those of use leaving early for flights. Would recommend to anyone needing an over lay accommodation or simply something just outside ponta delgada."

"Perfect city location with amazing food and service! Steps from great dining, nightlife, and even a live classical concert during our stay. Breakfast was outstanding—fresh cheeses, meats, breads, and made-to-order omelettes. Staff were warm and attentive, and the spa/pool were beautiful despite a couple of minor maintenance issues. Would gladly return!"

"A variety of options at breakfast, food was good quality. Staff were professional and friendly. Excellent location, we had a bay view room with a balcony. Room was clean and comfortable. WiFi worked well. We only stayed one night and would happily stay longer."
