"Lovely resort with a great view to the ocean. Spacious rooms, well maintained with a very unique style. The breakfast was great with plenty of options and local food. One minor thing that could be improved is the light in the bathroom as it's a bit dark. Overall, we all enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others."

"Great hospitality experience! Staffs are very helpful and friendly! They allowed early check-in for us so that we’d have some rest from our long flight. We love their breakfast, cleanliness, and ambiance! The only issue we had there was the shower door that didn’t close very well and caused some leaks on the floor. But they provided us with extra towels to keep our bathroom floor dry. "

"This was our first trip to San Miguel and to Hostel Matriz 55. We had a wonderful stay there and Pedro and Susana were excellent hosts! They were very helpful with suggestions of restaurants etc.and made us feel right at home. The patio on the top floor had the best views.
We would definitely stay here again when we return to San Miguel!
