"Everything is excellent except for pick up guess area policy. It did not make sense when the resort did not allow our drive to drive to the front of reception area to pick up guess, even it was raining and the parking lot was far from the front desk. "

"Nice quiet room we had. Don’t know if you had one on other side. Staff was friendly although English was limited. At breakfast the staff very helpful. I asked for 1 hour delay at checkout but they were only able to accommodate 30min. Room are nice and clean. Since it’s holiday weekend a lot of kids. Made the pool water not as clear as you would expect. I would stay here again. "

"The accommodation is acceptable though it is not my standard of accommodation. The owners are exceptional people with great service. The relationship is like family and we became friends too. The guesthouse is really cute and more suited for young people, backpackers kind. As I'm older and seek high standard of creature comforts, it is still acceptable as everywhere was full.
