"Property was off the road adding security. Vast lawn and area for dogs.. Room was clean and the decor was themed for area making it very comfy. We did have an issue checking in along with another couple. The codes given for the door did not work. I was able to get to a lock box to retrieve my physical key, The other couple unfortunately was on hold for over an hour trying to get assistance as there is no staff presence at checkin. Overall if we return we would book again. We had a great stay."

"The bed was comfortable and helpful to have a fridge and microwave. The room has had some recent improvements like a new sink and faucet and new flooring.
The check in process was not good as door codes were sent after we had already left for our travel and it was difficult to reach the host. There is very little to do near this location. Things we disliked were the check in process, the blanket on the bed smelled of dog, the coffee maker had mold in the water compartment, the towels were...

"The instructions in the room about getting your vehicle out of the parking garage are incorrect. The management has admitted this needs to be updated, but they haven't done it yet. You need to scan the original paper receipt from the parking garage when you leave the garage, NOT the key card from your room.
Otherwise, our stay was very smooth and we were very happy with the room."

"We were all pretty impressed with the condo. It was clean and spacious. I really liked that each room had its own bathroom. The view is great.
The only negatives were some noise and the coffee/creamer or lack thereof. The neighbor's upstairs (maybe kids?) over the bedroom facing out to the water were a bit noisy late into the night. I reserved the condo for 2 nights but there was only 1 bag of coffee, so I had to go out and get it which I shouldn't have had to do. I reserved in advance for...

"View was amazing. The two bedroom beds were good. Windows were clean. Kitchen is horribly outdated and very dirty - decades of grime build up in the drawers and on the cabinet doors. 1970s contact paper held on with black electrical tape, greasy stove top, broken knives and scissors, etc. We washed everything by hand before using it. Neither the oven or stovetop lights worked. Only 1 of 3 bulbs on the counter light worked. One of the bathroom lightbulbs was missing. There's mold outside of the...
