"Room was clean and amenities were good. It was nice that the hotel was adjacent to the bus stop for an easy commute to the airport or Queenstown shops."

"The rooms were very clean and serviced promptly each morning and there was a generous amount of hot beverages. Our grandchildren especially loved the family movie every evening and activities in the room. Staff were great! Appreciated the help getting taxis - again they were prompt, polite and clean. "Had everything you need for a one nighter. Parking can be very limited. Reception not clearly sign posted outside. Room was incredibly clean. Bit noisy with someone's children run around in their room close by till 11pm but good room for very short term. No restaurant on-site just a small shop that had noodles and coffee."

"So much potential with this place but: Preventative maintenance is non existent. We had two rooms for 6 days. 1st room shower rail was clearly broken and shower head hanging on hose, and not fixed prior to us checking in. I reported this and by end of next day still not fixed. Granted, they did transfer us to another room, but only after I insisted. Next room, our tumble dryer door totally off with door broken, and when forced close also did nit work with belt broken. Reported this to manager...
