"Beds were a bit stiff, aside from that; rooms were kept clean daily. Staff were able to speak both English and French which is highly respected."

Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac

"It was a wonderful experience. We didn't speak French, but the staff was very accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable, other than not having tea, I'm not a coffee drinker. We had to buy our breakfast, in the attached restaurant, but the food and service was excellent."
