I would love to give more but unfortunately my experience was heavily compromised.
The hotel is in a great area, you can get to the old port and the funicular that takes you to old Quebec in a 5 minute walk. Room was very clean, had the basic amenities you would expect, nothing more nothing less. The reason why my score dramatically drops is because of the temperature, the room was boiling hot (thermostat hit 29° at one point), all windows shut and the AC unit was only working in fan mode, so couldn't cool down the place. You couldn't adjust anything either, not sure if they locked the equipment for safety. I was only there for 2 nights, so didn't complain but I let them know at check-out that they were 2 terrible nights. For a hotel not offering any other amenity (no restaurant nor bar, no breakfast) the room must be perfect and provide comfort
