    The space offers a warm and practical atmosphere, making it ideal for enjoying the city whether you’re here to explore, work, or simply relax during your stay.



    The Space:

    This studio offers a simple and comfortable layout, perfect for an urban getaway. The kitchenette includes everything you need to prepare light meals, including an electric cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker.



    The bathroom features a modern and comfortable shower. A dining table is also available for enjoying meals or working when needed.



    Guest Access:

    You have full access to the entire studio, as well as the shared laundry room.



    The Neighborhood:

    The accommodation is located in one of Quebec City’s liveliest areas, surrounded by cafés, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and shops, all just a few steps away. You can easily reach many popular attractions, events, and cultural sites on foot.



    Old Quebec is also about a 15-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the city at your own pace and enjoy its vibrant urban atmosphere.



    Getting Around:

    Everything can be done on foot from the accommodation: restaurants, cafés, shops, services, and several tourist attractions are all nearby. Public transportation (RTC) also serves the area very well, making it easy to reach different neighborhoods. Gare du Palais is also close by.



    **Parking:**



    * Paid street parking is available directly on Saint-Joseph Street.

    * Free parking is available on nearby streets depending on the time of day or for up to 60 minutes. Always check the posted signs.

    * A paid parking lot (Indigo Nouveau St-Roch) is about a 3-minute walk away.



    Other Things to Note:

    * Please note that air conditioning is available only from June to mid-September.



    * The accommodation is located on a lively street, so you can expect a vibrant urban atmosphere.



    The accommodation is located on the first level of the building and there is no elevator. You will therefore need to climb one flight of stairs.

Commerce à proximité, le vueux Quebec est à 20 minutes à pied. Très bien situé, parking à voitures à 300 mètres. Ideal pour un séjour sur Quebec.

Excellent location for walking to everything in the old parts of Quebec City. So many great restaurants within steps of this place. The apartment itself was clean and the bed was comfortable. Directions for entrance and parking was clear.

Room was not very good. Trouble with electrical and air conditioner. Sketchy neighborhood.

We left a day early and paid for lodging elsewhere because we were so uncomfortable staying there.

L’endroit était très propre comme sur les photos. Un restaurant en face de l’appartement avec un café et quelque boutique. Par contre beaucoup de SDF dans la rue mes sais le seul point négatif sinon un séjour parfait! Je recommande.

Great location

This loft was a perfect walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Loft was clean and had all the basics we required. Unfortunately the Air conditioning wasn’t able to keep up to the warm temperatures which resulted in a warm sleep on our last night but thankfully the unit had a fan.

Quick trip

Overall, the location was great and the apartment was clean, but the bed was extremely uncomfortable. It sank in the middle and had no support. Also, we aren’t sure if the previous guests smoked or there was poor insulation, but the apartment smelled of cigarette smoke for the duration of our stay. We were just there to sleep for a few nights, so we stuck it out, but it wasn’t great sleep.
