Security Deposit

• A refundable security deposit of $800 is required to cover potential damages.
• If no damage is found, the hold will be released after check-out.
• Processing may take up to 14 days, depending on your credit card provider.
• Please report any damage or issues to the property manager as soon as possible.
• The owner/manager reserves the right to terminate the stay in case of non-compliance with house rules.
