Travelled around my Summer garden on the last day of 2014 for these flowers - Roses and English Lavender in pottery vase. I also did some other work in the garden, including fixing the fountain in the fish pond and watering plants as it is mid Summer now and it's going to be really hot over the next few days! The wooden centre piece is from South Australia and I painted some 'Folk Art' style flowers on it back in 1993...
Rosa 'Albertine' in crystal bud vase from my Spring garden in Glen Waverley. A fragrant rambling climber that grows abundantly on my sunny back house wall. My Mum suggested yesterday that I pick some! I don't usually pick them because of their seeming fragility and thorniness. Alas, here is my display of Rosa 'Albertine' sweetly fragrant on my dining room table.
