Chiara Park House is a very bright apartment that offers a beautiful view of Parco Europa, with private on-site parking, just a few minutes’ drive from Poetto Beach, and in a strategic location for exploring Cagliari and the wonderful beaches of southern Sardinia. The neighborhood is quiet, surrounded by three different parks (see map), and is well-served by public transportation and essential shops, including supermarkets, a pharmacy, a tobacco shop, cafes, restaurants, and more; it is the ideal place to stay for a peaceful and comfortable vacation in beautiful Sardinia. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, accessible by elevator.
The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchenette, large refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, oven, kettle, and microwave, plus all the utensils needed to prepare delicious meals. The living room, separate from the kitchen, offers a beautiful view of the park, accessible from a small terrace where you can comfortably enjoy a great cup of coffee. The spacious and bright master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, a large closet, nightstands, a dresser, and a desk for any work needs. The small bedroom with two single beds offers a cozy space designed for children, with various board games and other toys available; during the summer, inflatable beach mats are also provided. The bathroom, complete with a shower, bathtub, toilet, bidet, and sink, opens onto another small terrace used as a laundry area, equipped with a washing machine and a clothesline. From all the windows and balconies, you can admire Parco Europa, a large green space with a playground for children and a fitness trail for adults; it’s just a 20-second walk away.
