In the exclusive Residence Kal'e Moru, our spacious detached villa will be the perfect home for your unforgettable holidays in Sardinia. The villa is located just 200 meters from the beautiful beach of Kal'e Moru which is part of the beach of Geremeas more than 3 km long. The same is just 300 meters from the beach of Mari Pintau, accessible on foot or by canoe from the sea villa can accommodate from 2 to 8 people with its 4 bedrooms: 2 double, each with its own bathroom, and 2 other rooms, one double, one with a single bed and a cot with a shared bathroom.
Both double bedrooms and their bathrooms (one with washing machine) are located on the ground floor, where there is also a kitchen equipped with stove, plate, oven and dishwasher. There is a huge fridge and a small freezer. Other appliances featured are the toaster, kettle and microwave oven and minipimer.
On the same ground floor there is a large living room with sofas and 32 "flat screen TV, the living room is adjacent to both the kitchen and the veranda overlooking the sea, appreciated by all our guests to enjoy breakfast / lunch / dinner.
On the lower floor there are the other 2 rooms with
 three single beds and a crib and attached bathroom.
Outside the veranda and sea view there is a large solarium with parasol and wooden deck chairs.
In the back garden of the villa there is a barbecue and an outdoor shower, ideal for cooling off after a day at the beach. Umbrellas, beach loungers and children's games are made available for your beach days.
In case you come by car, it can be parked in our shaded and safe parking area, as in addition to the 24/7 gatehouse, access to the houses is limited by automatic gates.

Soirées merveilleuses dans cette magnifique maison vue mer, farniente sur les plages superbes aux alentours et plaisirs culinaires Sardes. Un vrai bonheur pour des vacances de Toussaint à 2h de vol de Paris.

Wir waren als Familie in diesem tollen Ferienhaus. Es was alles vorhanden was man braucht, der Garten und die Terrasse waren super. Die Gastgeberin war immer für uns erreichbar und sehr nett und hilfsbereit!

Tolles Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage mit Meerblick in Strandnähe

Sehr gemütlich und absolut erholsam. Die tolle Sonnenterrasse inmitten eines grünen Gartens und die grosse gedeckte Terrasse mit Launchmöbeln und Esstisch war perfekt. Unter der Gartendusche konnte man sich abkühlen wenn immer es einem beliebte. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😍

Beautiful house 5 minutes from the beach

Seven of us (2 families) stayed for a week in August and we truly enjoyed our holiday. The photos are accurate although everything on them looks slightly bigger. The communication with Marilena was ok as long it was via texts/emails, her English is very basic but we managed without any issues. She gave us detailed instructions and a short video of how to get to the property. During our stay we needed her advice and she responded within 2-3 hours. The house is well equipped with everything you might need, lots of bathroom towels and towels for the beach. We found the beach chairs/umbrella very handy. The Wi-Fi worked well with 4-5 of us using it at the same time. There’s only one parking space in front of the house, so if you arrive with two cars as us, the second car can be parked for free on the end of the road - few minutes walking from the house. The garden is much smaller than it looks on the pictures but it’s beautifully maintained. There are no showers/foot washers on the beach so the garden shower was very useful to rinse off all the sand before entering the house. The best part of the house is the terrace overlooking the beach. Overall it was a perfect place and an amazing holiday.

Superbe séjour en bord de mer

Très beau séjour. La maison est bien située et très bien équipée. Les espaces de vie sont agréables et bien agencés. La terrasse donne une vie magnifique sur la mer. Les hôtes étaient super accueillants et très sympathiques (César parle très bien le Français). Pour une semaine fin octobre, nous avons encore eu 28°. Que demander de plus? Merci beaucoup !

Schönes sauberes Haus mit tollem Meerblick

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig in schöner Hanglage mit tollem Blick aufs Meer in ca. 300m Entfernung. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen freundlich. In kurzer Distanz befindet sich eine Bar und ein kleiner Supermarkt. Weitere Infrastruktur ist nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen

Ferienhaus mit Blick aufs Meer

Im September 2022 haben wir einen sehr entspannten Urlaub in Geremeas verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und topp ausgestattet. Selbst Strandliegen und Sonnenschirme waren vorhanden. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer ist traumhaft schön. Der Strand von Kal e Maru ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Mari und César sind äußerst gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation ist unkompliziert und schnell. Gern kommen wir wieder!

Wonderful stay at Geremeas village. We were 6 adults 2 children and 1 toddler. Communication with the host Ms. Congiu was very smooth, she was always available and responsive to all our queries. The house is very spacious and is composed of 4 bedroom, 2 with en-suite and AC, 2 on the lower floor with a shared bathroom and no AC (but with open window overnight it was ok). Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher etc. very nice patio with sea view where we enjoyed our meals. There is everything you need for the beach in the house (sun beds and umbrellas, beach towels). The beach can be reached with a 5’ walk. It is spacious and not very crowded. There is a mini market near the house with all the basics, however for proper groceries the nearest store is 10’ away by car. All in all a very positive experience.

Traum-Terrasse

Unser Sommer in Sardinien ging mit 10 Tagen über 30 Graf einher. Die frische Brise auf der Terrasse rettete uns morgens und abends über die Hitze. Im ersten Stock war alles perfekt. Nachts bei offenen Fenster hörte man Autos fahren, das war nicht schlimm. Die im Parterre gelegenen Räume und die Sonnenterrasse waren für uns nicht nutzbar. Räume etwas muffig und Terrasse frisch lasiert. Das hat uns nicht gestört. Es war insgesamt ein Traumurlaub.

Ein Ferienhaus das Freude macht

Das Ferienhaus "Quartu Sant'Elena" hat es uns wirklich angetan - es hält, was es verspricht. In drei Generationen waren wir für gute zwei Wochen dort untergebracht und sind auch heute noch begeistert von der gebotenen Qualität. Wir wurden von Mari und Cesare sehr freundlich begrüßt und konnten sowohl auf Englisch als auch auf Deutsch mit ihnen kommunizieren. In ruhiger Lage, ist das Haus geräumig und komfortabel und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Auf der wunderbaren Terrasse (die ganztägig Schatten bietet), haben wir die meiste Zeit verbracht. Nicht nur wegen der wunderbaren Aussicht auf das Meer, sondern auch weil dort immer eine frische Brise ging. Der Strand "Kala & Moru" ist sehr schön. Zu Fuß ist man in 5 Minuten da und auch der Rückweg (bergauf) lässt sich sehr gut meistern. Die Straße bis zum Strand ist asphaltiert. Mit einem Bollerwagen konnten wir problemlos unsere ganzen Strandutensilien hin und her transportieren und auch unser 81 jähriger Opa konnte den Weg gut meistern. Der Strand ist relativ groß und Ende Juni nicht überfüllt. Ein kleiner Kiosk bietet Snacks, Eis und gekühlte Getränke. Das Wasser ist übrigens wunderbar. Und wer Lust hat, auch an andere Strände zu fahren, findet in einem Umkreis von 10 - 15km wunderbare Buchten, die sich auch zum Schnorcheln eignen. Alles in einem ein wunderbarer Ort, um als Familie vom stressigen Alltag abzuschalten und die Schönheit Sardiniens zu genießen. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Einfach nur schön und perfekt!

Ich würde auch 10 Sterne vergeben, wenn ich könnte! Das Haus, das Grundstück, die Lage und die traumhafte Aussicht einfach nur schön und perfekt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Habe mich richtig verliebt in das Anwesen. Schicke Einrichtung, bequeme Matratzen, super sauber ... Top!!!!! Ich kann das Haus nur weiterempfehlen!!!!! Wir kommen definitiv wieder! Mari und Cesare sind tolle Gastgeber/Vermieter. Zwei wirklich liebenswerte Menschen, die man einfach nur mögen muss. Danke euch beiden!

Perfect holiday

The house was nicely decorated and very clean. The kitchen was really well equipped - we missed nothing. The garden was beautiful. We enjoyed the view and the closeness to the beach as we could easily walk with our two children (5 and 7 years old) back and forth. There was a small shop nearby which we didn`t use as we shopped in bigger supermarkets during our trips. The communication with Marie Elena was great and the check-in and check-out was very uncomplicated. The weather was really warm (between 20 -25° C) even though it was already the middle of October. The sea was warm enough - our children were almost every day in the water. We just had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay in this beautiful accommodation very much.

Beautiful home

Beautiful vacation rent, awesome patio with ocean view, tasteful furnishings. Two double bed on the first floor, 4 more sleeping beds in the basement. Very nice garden! Beach in 5min walking distance is top rated. Very quite place. You need to drive 5 to 30min to reach a certain variety of restaurants and supermarket.

We have had a fantastic stay with 4 adults + 2 young children. The view was breathtaking and the walk to the beach was short. Our host Mari was very friendly and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay!

Tolle Zeit am Meer

Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieterin, super Ausblick von der Terrasse, Strand zu Fuß problemlos erreichbar. Die Unterkunft bietet beste Voraussetzungen für einen entspannten Sardinien Urlaub. Einzig die Umgebung ist ein wenig eintönig, da es sich um eine reine Ferienhaussiedlung handelt.

Wunderschönes Haus mit Meerblick

Wir haben uns in diesem sehr schön eingerichteten Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Garten und der Blick von der Terasse sind traumhaft schön. Maria Elena ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation mit ihr hat sehr gut geklappt und wir konnten uns mit jeder Frage an sie wenden. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wir können das Haus und die Gastgeberin sehr empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Aufenthalt mit Kindern

Alles in allem ist das Haus toll, auch mit kleinen Kindern. Das mehr ist 5min entfernt, der Garten ist gepflegt, das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben ein Babybett bekommen, sogar einen Kinderwagen und Mari war sehr zuvorkommend. Einige Dinge sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und bedürften einer Renovation.
