The villa overlooks the bay of Sant'Andrea in the Gulf of Cagliari with direct access to the white sand beach.
The house is structured on two levels: on the first level large private parking, a large terrace with sea view to enjoy a good candlelit dinner or for a breakfast / lunch thanks to the protection of a large umbrella, a garden illuminated at night where you can enjoy the Sardinian sun or read a good book.
At your disposal a barbecue for your barbecues and direct access to the beach. Also on the first level a large lounge with large windows that will allow you to see the sea, a table where you can have lunch / dinner or breakfast on cooler days, a comfortable sofa where you can watch TV or read the newspaper will welcome you. The kitchen equipped with all appliances / dishes / cutlery and pans is ready to ensure that your dinners can be prepared in the best way. Also on the first level there is a bathroom with all the sanitary ware, shower and a washing machine to wash your clothes, externally two drying racks will allow you to dry them. The first level is not air conditioned.
A comfortable staircase will take you to the second level (sleeping area) where you will find three bedrooms all air conditioned and with direct access to the large balcony with sea view: a double bedroom complete with wardrobe, bedside tables, chest of drawers and abat juor, a bedroom with a bunk bed with wardrobe and chest of drawers. A single room .
The large large balcony will allow you to enjoy the view of a part of the Gulf of Cagliari, sipping a good wine or exchanging two words in complete relaxation.
For the beach you have beach towels, three deck chairs and an umbrella.
The house is located in a green residential area away from the chaos of the city, in the area of Sant 'Andrea about 10 km from the city center of Cagliari.

Lovely beach retreat

Mario was a great and readily available host. The home was spotless, the kitchen fully equipped, plenty of towels and everything one would need for a week. Water, juice and even a bottle of wine to start the week. Contrary to our last VRBO host, everything was as listed and shown in photographs. Mario sent us about 40 links for markets and restaurants. Unfortunately, as is the norm in much of Cagliari, the residential roads are terrible and one pot hole would have destroyed your tire so dive in slowly and carefully. When we were going to arrive later than planned, Mario was very cooperative, meeting us at the house personally and giving us a complete walk through and explaining everything. This is why you should only rent from an individual and NOT use a rental company.

Mediterranean Paradise

It was a wonderful surprise to find the property in a better location and condition than we even expected. Check in was very smooth, and the property manager, Mario, took such good care of us responding to all our requests and answering all of our questions. The beach is literally right outside the gate and was very welcome relief from the excessive heat wave we encountered. The trip was everything we had hoped for and more. Thank you for making Quartu Sant’ Elena our home away from home for a week.

Прекарахме една седмица на това прекрасно място.Локацията е добра,има супер наблизо,автобусна спирка ,място за паркиране.Предимство е да наемете кола и да сте мобилни.Къщата дори е по-добра от снимките и описанието.Плажа е пред къщата,чист и спокоен,има чадър и шезлонги.Домакина е отзивчив и изключително гостоприемен,беше много мило ,че се беше погрижил за вечерята ни защото пристигнахме късно вечерта.Марио през цялото време беше на разположение за всичко от което имахме нужда.Къщата е чиста и много уютна,чуствахме се като в къщи и нищо не ни липсваше.Със сигурностност ще се върнем на това прекрасно място и ще го препоръчаме на приятели.Идеална комбинация от добра локация,уютна къща и прекрасен домакин!

Deutsch Die Lage des Hauses ist vor dem Strand, was aufgrund von Schmutz und Steinen unpratikabel ist! die Einrichtung des Hauses entspricht nicht der Realität, wir haben folgende Mängel festgestellt; dass die Toilette im Erdgeschoss wackelig war, sodass wir jedes Mal nach oben mussten, um unser Geschäft zu erledigen, das Toilettenwasser reichte nicht aus um den Kot auszustoßen, im Waschbecken war das Wasser schwer abzulaufen, die Badewanne mit dem Duschvorhang war nicht hygienisch mit Schimmelflecken (muss ausgetauscht werden), die Schlafzimmer hatten keine Moskitonetze, wir mussten die Fenster wegen Mücken geschlossen halten und die Klimaanlage die ganze Nacht laufen lassen, was uns morgens mit Halsschmerzen aufweckte. im ersten Stock funktionierte der Flurschalter nicht, weil er blockiert war, der große Teppich im Zimmer war voller Flecken (muss ausgetauscht werden). Ich besitze auch eine Ferienwohnung und muss sagen, dass ich sehr enttäuscht war. Ich empfehle nicht, diese Struktur zu buchen, da sich für € 270,00 pro Nacht nicht lohnen !!

sehr schön

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen, erholsamen Urlaub. Dadurch dass das Haus grad am Strand war, hatten wir null Stress. Es gab gute konfortable Liegen vom Besitzer . Der Strand selber ist schön, aber natürlich nicht ein sardischer Topstrand. Diese sind aber schnell mit Auto erreichbar. Am Morgen hatte es jeweils Leute vorwiegend Einheimische , aber am Nachmittag waren wir oft praktisch alleine, sogar in der absoluten Hochsaison. Das Haus selber war mit allem gut eingerichtet, Air-Condition war gold wert. Restaurant und Läden in 5 min erreichbar. Alles in allen ein sehr schöner Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Maison de rêve sur la plage 😍

Nous avons passé une semaine dans la maison et cela était un rêve. L'annonce est absolument conforme. L'accueil, la disponibilité et la gentillesse de Mario hors normes, frigo et placards bien garnis à l'arrivée ! La maison est très bien équipée et rien ne manque ! Merci encore pour toutes ces attentions. Seul bémol, certains soirs des personnes font du bruit ou campent sur la plage, ce qui est interdit. Heureusement la maison bénéficie de fenêtres efficaces et d'une excellente climatisation. Nous espérons revenir un jour ! Merci pour ce merveilleux séjour !

Tolles Haus, toller Vermieter

Der erste riesen Lob geht an Mario, da ist aber nichts was man negativ bewerten würde, im Gegenteil, unglaublich hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar und doch sehr zurückhaltend! Das Haus ist toll auch wenn es nicht mehr auf dem neusten Stand ist. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts, auch da hat Mario gewirkt ! Und dann dieser tolle Blick! Grazie mille Mario

Wunderschönes Haus an bester Lage

Wir hatten 2 tolle Ferienwochen. Das Haus mit dem tollen Garten inkl. Gartengrill und dem einmaligen direkten Strandzugang ist hervorragen gelegen. Der Strand ist direkt vor dem Haus und nicht überfüllt und auch sehr sauber. Es ist auch eine gute Ausgangslage um weitere Strände in der näheren Umgebung zu entdecken. Zudem ist die Altstadt Cagliari mit dem Auto in Kürze sehr gut erreichbar und auch der Flughafen ist in ca. 25 Minuten sehr Nahe. Wir wurden von Mario sehr herzlich am frühen Morgen mit einem Frühstück empfangen und bereits vor der Anreise mit wertvollen Tipps (Essen, Strände usw.) versorgt. Besonders angenehm bei den hohen Temperaturen war auch die Klimaanlage im Hause. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die fantastische Aussicht vom Balkon der drei Schlafzimmer. Wahnsinn!! Es hat alles bestens geklappt, unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Vielen Dank Mario :-)

Wonderful beach home getaway

My two young sons and husband and I just returned from a week at Lucia's home and had a great experience. Mario was there to meet us when we arrived and explained everything we needed to know about the house. There was a welcome bottle of wine and bowl of fresh fruit for us, and the kitchen was stocked with a few helpful necessities - milk, water, coffee, sugar, salt, etc, so that we didn't have to run right out to the store to shop. There was AC upstairs in the bedrooms, which was all you really needed, as the breeze from outside kept the downstairs area pretty cool. Having the beach right out our door was obviously nice, but there are also many gorgeous beaches nearby, so we spent a few days out at those, but would always return for dinner on our terrace with the lovely breeze and view. Mario was great at communicating when we had questions about anything, and he had some great recommendations for beaches, restaurants and activities nearby. We had a lovely week and would definitely return!

Amazing holiday home in Sardinia

Wow! I hunted for a long time for the perfect property and this is it! We were here with 2 adults and 3 teenagers and it was superb in every way. The property is completely fenced and private, the beach is beautiful and you can walk to a little grocery store with the most amazing fish/ seafood selection. If you're looking for a relaxing, clean, well stocked place - go ahead and book this. The booking, payment, check-in and check-out process was simple and we received our damage deposit refund before we even made it home from vacation. Thank-you for allowing us to stay at this beautiful beach home. Mario - you were wonderful to deal with and your English was much better than you claim. Thanks for everything! We hope to be back one day!

Sardinia's Holiday

Spent a week at the lovely beach front house, steps from the sea. Everything was simply perfect, from the location to the attention of the smallest details. The house was spotless, well maintained, and pleasantly decorated. The house was supplied with everything needed for a beach holiday, including lounge chairs, beach towels, etc.. We enjoyed having meals on the sea view patio with a nice sea breeze. Owner hospitality was incredible, every piece of information was communicated to us upon arrival and all of our inquiries were answered promptly. There is a build-in grill on the patio, which allowed us to grill fresh fish almost daily. Thank you from all of us for your warm hospitality.

Unsere Erwartungen wurden bei weitem übertroffen.

Das Haus ist ca. 30 Minuten vom Flughafen Cagliari entfernt und wir wurden bei der Anreise vom Gastgeber Mario sehr herzlich begrüßt. Neben vielen nützlichen Informationen warteten Wein, Früchte und viele andere Dinge auf uns - alles für das Frühstück den nächsten Tages war da. Das Haus selbst liegt sehr ruhig am Ende der Via Taormina und vom Wohnzimmer aus vielleicht 10 Meter vom Strand entfernt - besser kann man es nicht finden. Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich und läßt kaum Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns regelrecht "Zuhause" gefühlt. Wir werden in jedem Fall wiederkommen, vielen Dank für alles.

Aspettative soddisfatte. La casa è perfettamente conforme alle immagini ed alla descrizione fornite.

Ho apprezzato molto il silenzio solo interrotto dalle onde del mare. La casa è alla fine di un vicolo di accesso e non è quindi disturbata da nessuna strada di passaggio. La zona giorno a vetrate è ampia ed accogliente. L’esterno è altrettanto piacevole con spazi ampi ed abbondanza di lettini e sedie a sdraio. Il barbecue ci è stato consegnato con scorta di carbonella. Il tavolo esterno è ampio. L’accoglienza è stata attenta, costante e discreta allo stesso tempo, con graditissimi “plus” già presenti al nostro arrivo come l’occorrente per la colazione, frutta e succhi, scorta d’acqua in bottiglia e vino locale, oltre a graditissimi shampo, sapone, detersivi, ombrellone e teli mare, asciugamani e tutto ciò che avrebbe potuto farci comodo in casa. Mario ci ha fornito inoltre indicazioni utili per le visite sia al nostro arrivo che rispondendo sempre puntualmente a semplici messaggi inviati nei giorni successivi. Consigliato un mezzo di trasporto autonomo. Particolare non trascurabile la pulizia ineccepibile. La casa ci è parsa particolarmente adatta a chi cerca il relax stanziale ma anche a chi voglia, come noi, di farne la base di partenza per visite ed esplorazione del sud Sardegna. La breve distanza da Cagliari consente anche di passare la serata in città. La fruibilità diretta della spiaggia la rende adatta anche a chi abbia problemi di scarsa mobilità.
