Le Domus beautiful apartment with garden.

Large and bright apartment of recent construction, in an elegant building, with a beautiful garden, barbecue, private parking, air conditioning and WIFI. It is located in Via Austria 2a, a few steps from the sea, in a new district surrounded by well-kept green areas. You can reach the beautiful Poetto beach in just ten minutes on foot along a path that runs along the natural park of Molentargius. The district offers all the necessary services for your stay.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and leads directly to a modern living room with a double sofa bed.
Flat-screen TV, air conditioning, WIFI and a nice, super-equipped kitchen.
The bedroom consists of a large wardrobe, a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and a safe.
The lovely bathroom consists of a shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
The bedroom and the kitchen have access to a beautiful and bright garden, equipped with table and chairs, a charcoal Weber barbecue. It is a very private space and is perfect for having breakfast in the sun or an aperitif or a relaxing dinner.

We live a short distance from the apartments and we will be at your disposal at any time for information and advice on our beautiful city. We will recommend the best restaurants, places to visit and the most beautiful beaches. If you are interested we will also address you to organized boat trips, excursions, rented bikes, sailing and wind surfing courses and any other activity offered by the city of Cagliari. The apartment is located at the "Quartello", a new residential district that enjoys a privileged position between the sea and the city. It is near the famous Natural Park of Molentargius, a natural pond where you can admire flamingos and other species of birds. The district has numerous green spaces, there are cycle paths on which to take walks and play sports. It is a quiet and quiet neighborhood but at the same time it is well served by restaurants and pizzerias, bars and pastry shops, supermarkets, banks and pharmacies.
The location is strategic to reach all the most beautiful beaches and attractions of southern Sardinia for its proximity to the roads leading to the Poetto (5 minutes walk) and the beaches to Villassimius, Cala Sinsias, Costa Rey and the SS195 to Nora , Chia and Tuerreda. The bus stops are very close (one minute walk) and take you to the center of Cagliari in 20-30 minutes. The port and the airport are 15-20 minutes away by car.

Ground Floor Apartment

This property has a nice back yard with small patio and BBQ grill and table and outdoor seating. Kitchen has all necessities. Living room is small and furnished with sofa sleeper. Nice sized bedroom. We would stay here again.

Appartement confortable pour séjour reposant

Si vous recherchez un appartement proche de la plage, (900 mètres) bien équipé, c'est parfait, vos hôtes Samantha et Maurizio seront toujours disponibles pour vous accueillir et vous conseiller. Maurizio conseille de louer une voiture, c'est mieux à moins que vous ne souhaitiez vous déplacer uniquement sans Cagliari (40 minutes en bus de ville) et les environs. A noter deux supermarchés bien équipés à moins de 800 mètres.

Fijn appartement

We hebben heerlijk gelogeerd in Quartu. De ontvangst was geweldig en Samantha heeft enorm haar best gedaan om het verblijf voor ons zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Goede tips gekregen voor uitstapjes en restaurants. Erg fijne keuken om in te werken, goed uitgerust. De leefruimte binnen lijkt me wat krap voor 4 personen, maar met twee was het prima. Elke ochtend met vers brood ontbeten in de zon in de tuin. Heerlijke tijd gehad.

Tout était parfait !

Nos hôtes, Samantha et Maurizio, étaient vraiment adorables. Ils nous ont donné de précieux conseils tout au long de notre séjour. L'appartement était très propre avec tout ce qu'il fallait. Celui-ci est très bien situé, près de Cagliari, avec un arrêt de bus à 100 m, et tous les commerces dans un rayon de 500 m. Nous recommandons fortement cette location et les photos sont réelles.

Exceptional holidays

We had had such wonderful caring hosts, seldom experienced such cordiality and warmth. Samantha and Maurizio were very helpful though not obtrusive in any way. We felt they would stand behind us if we needed anything. Absolutely lovable couple. The condo was equipped with everything one could think of, perfect clean, beautifully decorated, really our taste of a home from home. We felt very safe there as well. A nice beach was close by and the island itself offers so much to see and do. We would definitely stay there again on another trip to Sardinia. We give 10 stars out of five. We appreciated everything and highly recommend this hosts and their condo.
